High cleaning standards significantly impact the value of the properties in your block, making it essential to get it right. To do this we only send teams big enough to handle the job, with a minimum of 2 people for smaller properties and 4 for larger ones.

With our consistent attendance of cleanings over the years, we have developed time-tested expertise to determine what works best and meets your needs. This experience allows us to offer various packages tailored to the diverse requirements of our new customers. And we make our cleaning schedules on intervals of once or twice a month to fit your needs. The table below shows whats included in each package, as well as what can easily be added to it. A tier above and below those listed exist and can be quoted for you on request.

J R Own Brand Deodorisers

The first of our own product range, our deodorisers break down the particles and microbes which cause bad smells making them better than air fresheners.

As they contain perfume components, we often get compliments for how they smell.

The directors can choose their favourites for your block or follow our seasonal plan.

After 14 years of cleaning every week, we know which products work and which don't.

We always use high quality products which always provide great results, but the premium cleaning products we use provide a finish beyond those you can get with a standard retail product line.

Entrance Exterior Cleaning

A seasonal cleaning plan for the area just outside the entrance. Weather its Spiders and webs in the summer or leaves in the autumn, it'll have no impact on your block.

Obviously rubbish from the residents such as cigarette butts and the glass on the entrance doors will be cleaned all year round.

Entrance Exterior Window Cleaning

The glass on the doors and windows surrounding it have a massive impact on the general cleanliness of your block. This will be cleaned in the same way as the rest of your windows.

Carpet Maintenance

A bespoke carpet cleaning schedule will be created for your block to keep your carpets clean all year round.

Regular Carpet Cleaning

Get your carpets cleaned regularly as detailed in your carpet maintenance plan.

Extra Cleaning on 'Off' Weeks

Need light cleaning to make sure you're floors are clean, no rubbish has appeared or spiders have moved in just after the cleaners have been.

If you have monthly cleaning get a light clean on the 3 other weeks, and if you have twice a month cleaning get a light clean on the other 2.

After our viewing you will receive an email containing your schedules and pricing for all of our different packages, allowing you to make the most informed decision as to which option works best for your specific circumstances.
